The brief was simple — restore what was salvageable, replace what wasn't, and establish a programme that would keep the court at its new baseline for the next fifteen years.

We began with a hydrostatic survey, documented every fault in a photo-indexed report, and proposed a three-phase restoration. Work was completed in seventeen days across three visits, timed around a scheduled family absence to keep the property undisturbed.

Today the court is on a quarterly programme. Every visit is logged. Every season's conditions are archived to the owner's private dossier. The court is played four mornings a week.
