Kort exists because there has never been a service tier between a gardener with a hose and a thirty-thousand-dollar resurface. The lawn-mower people don't know infill. The net people don't know surfaces. Nobody documents anything. We built the firm we wished had existed for the courts in our own families.
Kort is a specialist tennis court management firm based in Melbourne. We manage private synthetic grass and acrylic courts across Toorak, Brighton, Kew, Canterbury, Malvern, Hawthorn, Kooyong, Mt Eliza, Portsea and surrounds. Every visit is documented with photographs and a written condition report. Insured. ITF-specification. On a calendar.

Every visit produces a written report with photographs. You see what we see. No phone-call quotes, no 'while we were there' add-ons.
Proactive, not reactive.
We schedule the work your court needs before it needs it. A pre-winter audit catches moss before it roots. A summer hardware check catches a winder before it fails mid-rally.
Quiet.
We arrive at the hour we said. We leave the site tidier than we found it. We don't knock on the door unless we need to.
Honest about limits.
If your court needs a full rebuild rather than a restoration, we'll tell you — and recommend a builder. We don't cover for work we shouldn't be doing.
If your court isn't in the top 10% condition for its suburb after six months, we refund the year and walk away.
